We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items in original, unused condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at frankiewinnieandco.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Please note:

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom/personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
All refunds are issued as store credit only.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a store credit gift card equal to the value of your item(s), valid for use across our entire store. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Exchanges
If you’re exchanging for a smaller size, no refund will be given for the price difference. If you’re exchanging for a larger size, the price difference will need to be paid before your new item is sent.
